Job summary

EVB is seeking Engaging expert Senior Software Engineers to support a customer’s innovative AI project. You will train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality real-world input and shaping model learning, reasoning, and performance.

You will create Reinforcement Learning Environments testing code-fix, feature creation, and refactoring tasks with reproducible environments and golden references. Open source contributions and profiles (GitHub/GitLab) are required, preferably with C++,

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more listed languages with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience debugging complex systems and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute expert-level code samples and debugging strategies in multiple languages.
• Analyze and resolve complex defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement robust features ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Refactor legacy code to improve clarity and reliability.
