Job summary

Amazon's SCOT organization is seeking an SDE-II for Supply Chain Optimization Technologies—Fulfillment Optimization. You will build AI-powered network automation, route optimization at scale, and scalable distributed systems across billions of packages.

You will collaborate with supply chain teams to model real-world constraints, own end-to-end system design, and ship reliable, low-latency services in a fast-paced environment to improve speed, cost, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of core infrastructural improvements.
• Lead discussions with business teams, supply chain managers and other experts to model ground realities into software.
• Build scalable mechanisms to handle operational load and continuous improvement to reduce defects.
