Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field is preferred.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience driving end-to-end production launches for ML features in high-traffic, latency-critical systems.
• Experience with RL or agentic systems.
• Publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML solutions and leverage ML infrastructure.
• Design, build, and productionize ML models to understand user intent and advertiser objectives.
• Collaborate with Research Scientists and Product teams to translate concepts from LLMs, RL, and agentic systems into scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle to develop and launch new advertising products.
• Contribute to the scientific community with opportunities to co-author publications for academic conferences.

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

• Design and implement solutions in one or more specialized ML areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a chosen field.
• Design, build, and productionize sophisticated machine learning models to understand user intent and advertiser objectives. Your work will form the core intelligence of our next‑generation, AI‑driven ad systems.
