Xometry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Thomas) to help transform Thomasnet into an AI-assisted sourcing platform. You will lead end-to-end development for AI-powered features, collaborate with product managers and peers, and ensure robust, scalable systems used by buyers and suppliers across North America.

• 6+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript/Node.js with GraphQL APIs, React/Next.js frontend, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search.
• Experience with multimodal embeddings, LangGraph/LangChain, or model fine-tuning is a plus.
• Fast learner with high agency in an AI-native development environment and strong collaboration.
