You will own technically complex projects from design through launch, partnering with engineers, researchers, and program leaders to deliver robust pipelines and developer tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go.
• Experience designing and operating production systems with scale.
• Strong fundamentals: testing, APIs, data structures, distributed systems, observability.
• Experience building developer tools, data pipelines, or complex products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable software systems for coding evaluation and data generation.
• Develop tools and services that analyze, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
• Build reliable pipelines for code execution, testing, benchmarking, and quality measurement.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Drive technical decisions across architecture, APIs, data models, and observability.
• Improve engineering velocity through reusable frameworks and tooling.
• Lead projects from design to launch and iteration.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and daily collaboration.
• Establish high standards for maintainability, correctness, security, and reliability.
