Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of professional software development, product-facing.
• Strong React experience in frontend ecosystems.
• Extensive backend experience using Java or C#.
• Hands-on with distributed systems and production deployments.
• Ability to mentor engineers and own projects end-to-end.
• Comfort translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain improvements across frontend and backend.
• Collaborate to ensure best practices across codebase.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical leadership.
