Job summary

Transporation Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on building world-class logistics software using Microsoft technologies, including ASP.Net/MVC, .NET Core, Azure, and Power Platform. Candidates should have strong experience in full-stack development and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida. Compensation is competitive. English is required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Visual Studio 2019+, Azure DevOps, Scrum/Agile, NuGet, Microsoft SQL 2019+, .NET Core, 3.5+.
• Experience with mobile app development for Android and IOS; Cordova and Ionic are a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services including the Common Data Model and Common DataService, Cognitive Services, Computer Vision, OCR; Azure Computer Vision API, and Azure Pipelines.
• OOP concepts, SDLC, test driven development, refactoring, and code reusability.
• BI concepts; Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps are a plus.
• Requirements gathering from end users and legacy systems; process documentation and training.
• Ability to learn new third party SDKs and tools for integration with GPS location data and mapping services.
• DevOps basics: VMs, networking, SQL Server installation and maintenance, security best practices.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and AP/AR business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
