Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing commercial or enterprise full-stack software applications.
• Proficient with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Experience building modern web apps with Blazor, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Execution and Delivery: participate in all phases of the SDLC from design to deployment.
• Architecture & Clean Code: refactor legacy components and ensure testable, clean architecture.
• Pragmatic AI & Tooling: leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and testing.

Software is vital to our success in developing award-winning biotech instruments and enterprise LIMS platforms for the life sciences industry.We are seeking a versatile, highly disciplined Software Engineer to drive the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of scalable web applications, data analytics workflows, and instrument control software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including scientists, product management, and SQA—to translate complex requirements into robust, production-grade software.This is a hybrid position based in Wallingford, CT, working three days per week onsite.Responsibilities:Full-Lifecycle Execution and Delivery: Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle—from technical breakdown and design through C#/.NET development, unit testing, SQA handoff, and deployment.Architecture & Clean Code: Isolate root causes of complex technical bugs across distributed codebases.
