Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Android, to drive the technical implementation of our next generation Android native mobile applications. You will lead architecture decisions and collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver a high-quality user experience.

You should have 5+ years of mobile development experience, expert Java/Kotlin skills, and experience designing scalable mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or technical field) or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of mobile application development
• 5+ years of Android framework development
• Expert level programming experience in Java or Kotlin
• Experience architecting and designing mobile applications or frameworks
• Master's degree or PhD (preferred)
• Experience architecting large-scale, scalable systems
• Deep knowledge of KMM
• Strong understanding of Jetpack Compose

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical implementation for the next generation Android native mobile applications.
• Lead architecture decisions and collaborate with product and platform teams.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to code quality and security.

Ready to be a Titan? As a Senior Software Engineer, Android, you will be responsible for guiding the technical implementation for our next generation Android native mobile application(s). This is an exciting role for an extremely talented engineer to come in and develop key product differentiators by leveraging the full native power of our customers mobile devices. What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science( or a technical field) or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $163,400 USD - $245,000 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $152,600 USD - $229,000 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
