Job summary

Capably is building a platform and product systems for AI-driven enterprise automation. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable software while improving performance, observability, and resilience across complex workflows.

Candidates should have strong backend and/or full-stack experience, solid system design fundamentals, and the ability to own solutions across the development lifecycle. AI/workflow automation experience is a plus.

Design, build, and maintain Capably’s platform, product systems, and workflows, delivering reliable and scalable software for complex AI-driven enterprise automation. Improve performance, observability, and operational resilience while contributing to architecture, engineering standards, and cross-functional product delivery.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong experience shipping production software, proficiency in backend and/or full-stack engineering, and solid system design fundamentals. They should be able to design scalable systems and integrations, write maintainable code, solve debugging and performance issues, and take ownership across the development lifecycle; experience with AI systems, workflow automation, or enterprise software is a plus.
