The Software Engineer will design and develop applications and systems. They will also perform business analysis and software analysis. This individual may coordinate projects and perform system maintenance activities.**Job Description:*** Contributes to development of existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Contributes to development of new applications to meet customer requirements.* Monitors and identifies software defects and suggests corrections for approval to maintain fully functioning applications software.* Discusses and recommends technical developments to improve the quality of the software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.* Provides fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly.* Produces accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.* Documents \"as is\" and \"to be\" processes and describes the changes required to migrate to the \"to be\" capability to record accurately the change required.* Implements improvements and provides feedback on them.
