EliseAI in New York is seeking a Software Engineer who will build software that improves business operations and scales initiatives. You’ll work on a small team with other top engineers, owning projects from design through deployment in a startup-like environment.
Expect ownership, fast iteration, and meaningful impact. You’ll collaborate with product and design, apply best practices in testing and CI, and help deploy features hundreds of times daily while balancing speed and quality.
Qualifications

- Work directly with customers to develop and own new product features end-to-end from design to deployment.
- Improve the scalability and reliability of core infrastructure.
- Propose and implement meaningful improvements to architecture and design patterns.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into user-facing experiences.
- Continuously ship new features and improvements in an environment deploying 100+ times per day.

As a Software Engineer at EliseAI, you won't just write code; you'll build software that improves business operations and makes a real impact on people's lives. Instead of following a playbook, you’ll be creating it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. The salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
