Nelnet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join FACTS SIS, supporting the development of enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.

The role involves collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into new features and products, while mentoring peers to follow best practices. The position offers a hybrid work option with flexibility for remote work part of the week for associates within 30 miles of an office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Azure Cloud Services preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a forward-thinking approach to incorporating AI into daily development workflows to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
