Job summary

AVEVA’s Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure for our Common Cloud Platform. You’ll collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing software across AVEVA’s industrial portfolio.

You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, focusing on secure development practices, threat modeling, and documentation to support compliance and best-in-class cloud implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong software development experience in C# (.NET) or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably on Azure.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and authentication/authorization concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices, including threat modeling.

The Job

Join AVEVA’s Common Cloud Platform team to help design and build the foundation that powers our industrial software portfolio in the cloud. You’ll work on Microsoft Azure to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that enable customers to reduce IT costs and accelerate digital transformation. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll partner with architects and engineers to solve complex technical challenges while continuing to grow your cloud expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Hybrid working
