We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to provide hands‑on technical leadership in both backend and frontend development while driving modern engineering practices, platform initiatives, and GenAI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical guidance in Java (Backend) and React (Frontend).
• Design and develop scalable microservices, APIs, and micro‑frontend architectures.
• Lead platform engineering initiatives, including internal developer platforms (IDP) for reusable services and developer self‑service.
• Implement enterprise integrations using API‑based integrations and event‑driven architectures.
• Build and maintain scalable, resilient distributed systems aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive integration of GenAI capabilities, including AI‑assisted development tools, agent‑based frameworks, governance and guardrails.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements across SDLC workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot‑based microservices development, and solid experience with React.
• Proven experience building and integrating distributed systems and APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI technologies and MCP (Model Context Protocol) development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platform engineering / IDP initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards.
