Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Huntsville, AL to support a DoW customer. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle using C#, .NET, and REST APIs, providing technical leadership and securing software supply chains in a defense context.

The role requires on-site work in Huntsville and eligibility for a Secret clearance, with prior DoD-related experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Experience with software requirements definition including UI/UX.
• .NET, C# development experience.
• REST APIs.
• Experience supporting the full software lifecycle.
• Software Security Assessment & Testing.
• Secure Dependency and Supply Chain Management.
• On-site in Huntsville.
• Eligible for Secret US Security Clearance; DoD/aerospace or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience assessing open-source software risk; DoW RMF; Active Secret clearance.

A client in the Huntsville area is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. In this position, you would be dedicated to supporting a DoW customer utilizing C#, .NET and REST API development. This requires candidates to have experience supporting the entire software development lifecycle while providing thought leadership and technical leadership to the end client.
