Job summary

Teltrium Inc. is seeking a hands-on technical leader to manage a 2-3 person software team and drive the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications across AWS and Azure.

You will mentor engineers, perform architecture and code reviews, and collaborate with customers and leadership to shape technical strategy while remaining involved in development efforts and delivering secure, scalable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6–15 years of software development experience.
• Experience building production software applications.
• Strong object‑oriented development background.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and modern development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 software developers.
• Design, build, and maintain production software applications.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure.
• Develop front-end applications, APIs, backend services, and databases.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Improve application security, performance, and reliability.
• Support Agile development and CI/CD processes.
