What We Do

What you'll be doing :

1. Tests and delivers software on time.
2. Provides maintenance of developed software including regression testing and debugging.
3. Performs maintenance, installations, upgrades, and other technical duties associated with the support of product application platforms and/or product system platforms.
4. Build test automation suites to ensure the quality of guest impacting products.
5. Consult with users and develop business relationships and integration activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation.
6. Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions.
7. Experience leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of software code for business applications.
8. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects.
9. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify internal business systems.
10. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested, and debugged.
11. Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
12. Other duties as required.

What you'll bring :

1. Experience and solid understanding of various software practices.
2. Experience translating software requirements and experience with software design solutions.
3. Ability to convey technical and conceptual ideas/topics to non-technical personnel.
4. Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills and mentoring others to increase the skill level of the department.
5. Prior experience in design, development, and maintaining .Net based web applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
6. Expertise with developing multiple tiers of multi-tiered software applications.
7. Understanding of Microservice Architecture.
8. Strong knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
9. Relational Databases (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL Databases (DynamoDB).
10. Automated software testing.
11. Infrastructure automation tooling such as Terraform and Ansible.
12. Strong organizational or Project Management skills.

Salary Range : $81,955.00 - $166,050.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
