Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in South Florida to own meaningful pieces of the platform, from user interfaces to backend systems. This hands-on role involves working closely with the founders and product team to turn ambitious ideas into production software, and to shape the technical direction as we scale.

You will ship fast, own what you build through adoption, and influence how engineering works at Reap. There is real room to grow with the company and platform as it expands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong command of TypeScript, Next.js, Express.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind.
• A passion for simplicity, speed, and maintainable code.
• A builder’s mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, results-driven, and progressive.
• Based in South Florida and on-site with the core team.

• Own features end to end, from intuitive interfaces to robust backend systems.

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own meaningful pieces of the Reap platform, from the interfaces operators touch every day to the backend systems that do the heavy lifting.

This is a hands-on building role, not a manage-from-a-distance one. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with our founders and product team, turn ambitious ideas into production software, and help set the technical direction of the platform as we scale. You’ll ship quickly, own what you build all the way through to adoption, and have real influence over how engineering works here.

You’ll help define how engineering works at Reap as we grow, and as the company grows, there’s real room to grow with it.
