Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering building distributed systems.
• 4+ years leading teams (engineering + DevOps and/or QE leadership preferred).
• Proven experience delivering low-latency, high-throughput systems in regulated environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures experience.
• Strong emphasis on automated testing, security-by-design, observability and disciplined release practices.
• Experience delivering AI projects in production or production-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a cross-functional team spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and QE.
• Own delivery for roadmap initiatives and platform modernization across SDLC.
• Establish technical direction with Product Management and Architecture.
• Drive performance and latency engineering with SLOs and budgets.
• Build operational readiness: observability, runbooks, safe rollouts, rollback practices.
• Lead cloud-native delivery on Kubernetes and evolve CI/CD with Ansible, Nexus, and Kubernetes workflows.
• Promote a quality-first culture with automated testing and AI-enabled SDLC initiatives.
