Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Investments' in-house fintech incubator, is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to help build and scale a modern SaaS platform for the charitable sector. The role focuses on end-to-end test automation for applications, data quality validation, and integration with CI tools like Jenkins, within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software test automation for UI, services/APIs, and data quality.
• Experience designing and implementing automated functional, regression, performance, and chaos tests.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Jasmine/Karma, Jest.
• Proficient in test automation tools, including Cucumber, Selenium, Playwright.
• Experience developing and automating integration tests using Karate.
• Experience performing data quality testing and validation using ICEDQ.
• Experience with performance testing tools, including JMeter and WireMock/RushHour.
• Proficiency in test management using Xray.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, and Jira for application lifecycle management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Datadog and Splunk.
• Prior work in a startup or incubator environment is beneficial.
• Experience with accessibility testing is a plus.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
