This role designs, develops, maintains, and enhances software processing high volumes of customer-supplied data and documents; works with third-party document composition, data cleansing, validation, and ERP integrations.

You will mentor junior developers, tackle complex challenges, improve performance, and contribute to high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with C# development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications.
• Develop and execute unit tests and test plans.
• Review code and test plans for standards and coverage.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions.
• Re-engineer and migrate existing applications.
• Architect solutions for high-volume data processing.
• Integrate with third-party document systems and ERP.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with team to understand business needs.
• Manage complex, high-visibility projects and changing priorities.
• Participate in on-call support.
