As a Senior Software Developer in Test, you will be integral to supporting the Sales, Service, and Marketing Technology divisions. Job Title: Senior Software Developer in Test

Location: Austin, TX (preferred; Southlake, TX as backup; not remote)

Pay Range: $60- $63

What's the Job?

Develop AI-powered automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Implement and uphold testing practices, standards, and processes, troubleshooting issues, recording results, and managing defect tracking.
Establish metrics to measure test effectiveness, product readiness, and automation success.
Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple products and projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies within a DevOps environment, utilizing tools such as Atlassian stack.

What's Needed?

7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with extensive hands‑on automation scripting experience.
Proficiency in Java or other object‑oriented programming languages, with experience in GitHub Co‑pilot.
Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Web services virtualization, and Agile development practices.
Strong understanding of exploratory testing, bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven leadership in mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
