Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Enterprise Information Services team in a hybrid role based in Renton, WA. You will design, develop, and enhance ERP-related applications across HR, payroll, finance, supply chain, and scheduling domains.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS or related field and at least five years of ERP development experience with Oracle Cloud FSCM/HCM or Oracle EBS/Hyperion, and a track record leading medium-size projects in

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years Application design, development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite FSCM and HCM, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, Oracle Redwood VBCS extensions and Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• 2 years Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle;

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized projects and teams on ERP development initiatives.
• Develop or enhance ERP solutions across HR/payroll, finance, supply chain and scheduling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement system changes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Senior Software Developer - Hybrid

The Senior ERP Software Developer uses a wide application of principles, theories, and technology concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to develop solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex development projects. Develop or enhance existing or proposed systems and devices.

Required Qualifications:
