Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking a Senior Software Developer to modernize a C++ desktop application by migrating functionality to a web-based .NET solution. The role involves evaluating AI capabilities to enhance business workflows and automate processes for clients.

You will design, implement, and test across .NET, C++, and C#, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help deploy scalable, secure software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• 5+ years experience in C#, .NET web sites and object oriented programming.
• 5+ years experience in SQL Server or similar RDBMS.

Responsibilities

• Designing and Developing Applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop robust software applications using .NET, C++, and C#. Participate in code reviews and identifying code refactoring candidates.
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into applications to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and streamline business processes.
• Coding and Debugging: Write clean, scalable code following best practices and standards in software development. Use OOP techniques, such as dependency injection, to produce scalable code. Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits. Support deployment of applications and evaluate their performance.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
