Dext empowers accountants with AI-powered technology and seeks an Applied AI engineer to design, build, and deliver AI solutions that automate GTM operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive business impact through actionable insights and streamlined processes.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development environments (Cursor, Claude Code).

Location: Remote (Bulgaria Only)

ROLE SUMMARYJoin our Applied AI team to design, build, and deliver advanced AI solutions that automate and optimize Go-To-Market (GTM) operations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive business impact with actionable AI insights and streamlined processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and develop AI-driven systems to optimize GTM workflows
• Engineer data signals to identify purchase intent, expansion opportunities, and churn risk
