Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and deliver enterprise software solutions that connect systems, improve business processes, and support operations across our organization.

You will work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to solve complex challenges through thoughtful application design, API integrations, automation, and modern development practices.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive professional software development experience.
• Professional PHP development experience.
• Strong experience designing and implementing APIs and software integrations.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, as part of the development process, with the technical depth to review and validate the resulting code.
• Demonstrated professional software development experience independent of AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience working collaboratively within a software development team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs and system integrations connecting enterprise applications.
• Develop web applications, including PHP-based solutions, to support employees and operations.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
• Translate operational needs into practical, scalable software solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance through design reviews, standards, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
