Position: Senior Software Developer of AI and Machine Learning

This role is remote (OH, FL, or NV based) from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. As a caregiver, you will oversee the design, documentation, coding, testing, and deployment of software applications, impacting patients globally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze, design, and coordinate software development.
  2. Develop, test, and ensure the quality of software products.
  3. Analyze current programs and develop new ones as needed.
  4. Define and implement high-performance software, understanding embedded hardware design.
  5. Collaborate with team members on design and development.
  6. Provide technical support, including database design and client-side programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  7. Assess system-level decisions and communicate implications.
  8. Present to clinicians and hospital leaders.
  9. Observe workflow and translate clinical problems into healthcare solutions.
  10. Gather requirements and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and 10 years of experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 15 years of experience, OR Associate's Degree and 13 years of experience.
  2. Enterprise architecture experience with high-volume, high-availability applications.
  3. ITIL Foundations Certification within six months.
  4. Experience with Microsoft .Net, C#, iOS Objective C, VBScript, Visual Basic, ColdFusion, T-SQL, JavaScript, CSS3/HTML5.
  5. Experience with query languages, API integration, Linux environments, and AI/ML technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare software development experience.
  • Experience with hospital or medical systems, Epic Clarity.

Physical & PPE Requirements:
  • Work in a stationary position, travel within hospital system, operate office equipment, communicate effectively.
  • Follow standard precautions with PPE as required.
Pay Range:

Hourly: $44.53 - $67.92. Actual compensation will consider experience, skills, and education. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement.
