Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Architect to design and develop secure enterprise applications supporting investigative workflows. You will implement audit logging, privileged-access controls, and align with federal security requirements to deliver reliable systems.

You will lead development activities, mentor junior engineers, diagnose complex issues, optimize performance, and contribute to design reviews, documentation, and code-quality standards while supporting cloud deployments and DevSecOps

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of enterprise-software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and secure-coding methodologies.
  • Experience with government environments requiring audit compliance, CJIS standards, or privileged access controls.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services and FedRAMP-aligned platforms.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for a Secret clearance.
