Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build mobile and backend experiences using React Native, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. You will own features from development through deployment, working across iOS and Android, and collaborating with an asynchronous distributed team.

Typical Day

You’ll spend most of your time writing and reviewing code across the React Native frontend and GraphQL/PostgreSQL backend. You’ll work through tickets, contribute to technical and architectural discussions, collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teammates, and help ship features to real users.

Because the team works across time zones, strong written communication is an important part of the role. Your updates, documentation, technical decisions, and code reviews will be an important part of how the team works together.
