Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in Software Asset Management.
Knowledge of programming desired.
Experience with SAM tools like ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in compliance and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Support SAM compliance activities with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Recommend and implement analyses to support SAM audits.
Maintain and enhance the SAM system in ServiceNow.
Mentor other analysts with audit and compliance activities.
Collaborate with teams for updates and integrations of SAM tools.
Skills
Expert knowledge of software compliance and licensing agreements
Knowledge of IBM PPA, Oracle, Microsoft licensing agreements
Experience in ServiceNow for SAM
Strong collaboration skills across teams
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Excellent communication skills
