Vista Grande is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join as our in-house technical lead. You will own the full software development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance—and drive evolution of proprietary tools.

The role centers on building robust, scalable web apps and leading best practices. You will optimize our internal web applications, select the stack, and implement processes for efficiency and growth.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with the full software development lifecycle (5+ years).
• Strong web framework knowledge (React, Vue).
• Backend experience with Python/FastAPI/Node.
• Database management systems understanding.
• Docker and containerization experience.
• Cloud platforms familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• API integration with third-party services.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
