Job summary

Apexon is seeking a Senior Programmer in Mechanicsburg, PA. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite. You will lead architectural efforts, design cloud-native Azure solutions, and guide teams across web, desktop, and cloud applications.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable technical designs, conducting code reviews, and mentoring senior developers in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
8+ years software development experience.
3+ years in architectural or lead capacity.
Strong software architecture and design experience.
Experience with .NET and Java technologies.
Azure cloud architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Define technical architectures for web, desktop, and cloud apps.
Design scalable enterprise solutions with microservices and monolithic patterns.
Lead code reviews and mentor senior developers.
Translate business requirements into technical designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
