Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Senior Software Architect to shape the future of its enterprise software platform. You will lead architectural strategy, modernization efforts, and the design of scalable, secure cloud-native solutions with Engineering, Product, and Technology leadership.

You will influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and explore AI-enabled development to accelerate delivery while balancing risk, cost, and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of software architecture and engineering experience.
• Proven success designing large-scale, distributed enterprise apps.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, cloud platforms, APIs and data tech.
• Experience leading modernization or architectural transformation initiatives.
• Ability to align business strategy with technical architecture and execution.
• Influencing technical direction across teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and technical leaders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year architectural roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Guide the evolution of enterprise platforms, including cloud-native architectures and APIs.
• Partner with leadership to make strategic architecture decisions.
• Evaluate AI-assisted development to improve productivity and delivery.
• Establish scalable, secure, high-performance architectural approaches.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform capabilities.
