Job summary

SHI is seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Software Architect to lead the ongoing architecture and evolution of our eCommerce platform. You will set architectural vision, drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure our eCommerce platform is robust, scalable, secure, and positioned for innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with C#, React, JavaScript, SQL.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Architect & design SHI’s eCommerce platform end-to-end.
• Provide technical leadership and establish engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and architects across multiple teams.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers and security/DevOps teams.
• Create architecture documentation and diagrams.
• Drive continuous improvement of SDLC and DevOps practices.
