Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive software engineering and architecture experience.
• Experience designing large-scale, distributed cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and data technologies.
• Experience leading modernization or architectural transformation initiatives.
• Ability to connect business strategy with technical architecture and execution.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and technical leaders.
