Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Software Architect to design, develop, and modernize data infrastructure and application architecture across multi‑cloud environments. You will lead scalable ETL efforts and steer modern software practices for high performance systems.

You will mentor teams, drive AI/ML capabilities, and ensure security and compliance while delivering innovative government-grade solutions.

Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Software Architect.
Experience in Java, Python and building RESTful APIs.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and querying.
Understanding of Data Warehouse Databases e.g. Amazon Redshift, Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL.
Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud).
Proven expertise in cloud‑agnostic deployments using Terraform and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient ETL processes.
Drive architectural improvements by decoupling services and promoting modular code.
Modernize the application architecture for performance and multi‑cloud scalability.
Integrate AI capabilities, including MCP servers, into core functionality.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
