Workforce Recruiter is partnering with a leading technology organization to recruit a Senior Software Architect for a global enterprise software platform. You will help shape long-term technology vision and drive modernization initiatives across engineering and product leadership.

You will design scalable, secure cloud-native solutions, influence strategic decisions, and mentor teams while balancing cost, risk, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive software engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven success designing and evolving large-scale, distributed cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and data technologies.
• Experience leading modernization or architectural transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year architectural roadmap aligned with business objectives and product innovation.
• Guide the evolution of complex enterprise platforms including cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and data technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership and engineering teams to make strategic architecture and technology decisions.
• Evaluate AI-assisted software development and emerging technologies to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural approaches across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders while aligning teams on common architectural direction.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions balancing innovation, cost, risk, and operations.
