Job summary

Credera is seeking an experienced Architect to lead software and cloud solutions across product engineering and internal platforms. You will guide 2–8-person teams, set technical direction, and ensure production-grade delivery of AI-enabled systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will work directly with clients, translate business needs into robust architectures, and mentor engineers while advancing modern CI/CD and IaC practices. This role is hybrid and highly client-facing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology consulting or comparable industry experience.
• Hands-on software architecture with coding across web and cloud.
• Experience with multiple stacks (UX, services, data) rather than a single specialty.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-volume systems and pick appropriate development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to bridge engineering and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production systems across modern web and cloud stack (Angular/React/Next.js; Spring Boot/.NET/Python).
• Lead engagements building agentic AI systems with evals, guardrails, and RAG over enterprise knowledge.
• Design cloud-native APIs and automate infra as code with Terraform; ensure observability from day one.
• Define branching, release strategy, CI/CD, environment topology for project delivery.
• Engage with clients to surface requirements and align technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Lead architecture reviews, demos, and technical decision discussions with leadership.
• Mentor team members and develop reusable solution accelerators.
