Endurion is seeking a Senior Special Operations Integration Advisor (Independent Consultant) based in Tampa, FL to deliver episodic SOF staff development and operational planning courses worldwide, including CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of SOF experience from Naval Special Warfare SEALs, MARSOC, or Air Force Special Operations, including Pararescuemen and Combat Control Teams, with a background as a ground force commander and

Qualifications

• Minimum of twenty years of Special Operations Forces experience in Naval Special Warfare SEALs, MARSOC, or Air Force Special Operations, including Pararescuemen and Combat Control Teams.
• Active Top Secret / SCI or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver episodic SOF staff development and operational planning courses across CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM.
• Teach tactical and theater-level planning, organization, and joint asset integration.
• Advise on integrating ground force operations with insertion platforms, including underwater and diving, air free-fall, static-line, and helicopter insertion.
