Job summary

The County of Siskiyou is seeking an experienced Social Worker at the advanced journey level to manage complex caseloads and develop comprehensive service plans for Adult and Children’s Services or Housing. You will perform needs assessments and utilize community resources while upholding department rules and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include home visits, case documentation, and collaboration with the Social Worker Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Performs needs assessments and develops service plans.
• Manages complex caseloads including adoptions and protective services.
• Interprets and applies Human Services rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow through on comprehensive social service plans.
