Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in video production and social programming.
• Proven ability shooting vertical, social-first video in the field; experience with entertainment events is a plus.
• Extensive experience with visual editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva) and AI features to drive workflow efficiency.
• Strong understanding of when to use AI automation vs human editorial judgment.
• Solid understanding of analytics and social listening tools to inform pitches.
• Experience collaborating with editors, writers, producers and creators in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of social platforms and video best practices, with ability to tailor content to platforms.

Responsibilities

• Video production: script, produce, shoot, edit and publish social-first content across platforms.
• AI-assisted scripting and ideation to draft variations and hooks.
• Develop and evolve video formats around lifestyle, news, and entertainment coverage.
• Collaborate with editors, producers and talent for coverage of major events.
