Job summary

The State of Arkansas is seeking a Social Services Supervisor/Expert to oversee social service programs and guide staff development. You will ensure compliance with state and federal policies and lead strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Four years of work experience in human services programs, including supervisory experience.
• Background check and child/adult maltreatment registry check.

Responsibilities

• Assign supervisory duties according to the agency's needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate social services staff.
• Develop and implement policy and program initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Conduct program audits and ensure quality assurance for compliance.
• Provide expertise in crisis intervention, case management, and legal compliance.
