Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a detail-oriented Social Services/Quality Assurance professional to advise on social services in HUD affordable housing for older adults. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in the social service field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with licensure preferred.

This is a hybrid position with travel to our Columbus, Ohio office. The QA team supports quality assurance activities by maintaining a caseload and reporting to the QA Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the social service field.
• 2–3 years of social service experience.
• Social work licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and provide compliance feedback to Service Coordinators on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.
• Participate in team decision-making meetings to shape Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
• Act as a clinical ‘help desk’ to Service Coordinators across the country, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Educate Service Coordinators on HUD guidelines and standardized policies and procedures.
• Conduct trainings to Service Coordinators on various social service topics.
