Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Senior Social Creative Producer to bring the brand’s social presence to life. You will translate priorities into creative ideas, then execute from concept to production, including coordinating creators and partners.

You’ll build the creative engine behind Resmed’s social presence, delivering content that looks and sounds like healthcare storytelling across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn, while respecting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social creative, content production, or digital storytelling.
• A strong portfolio of social-first work.
• Skills across concepting, writing, shooting, and editing short-form content.
• Deep platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience balancing fast-turn and polished brand content.
• Strong storytelling sense with strong hooks.
• Proven collaboration with creators, agencies, and production partners.
• Curiosity about culture, creators, and emerging tech including AI.
• Comfort in regulated industries or willingness to learn healthcare requirements.

The Senior Social Creative Producer will bring Resmed’s social presence to life in new and exciting ways. Working alongside our social strategy lead, you’ll translate brand priorities, audience insights, and moments in culture into creative ideas and content designed to connect, engage, and stand out on social.

We’re looking for a social-first creative who can do more than come up with great ideas. You know how to make them happen. From finding the hook and writing the script to picking up a camera and creating the content yourself, you’re comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution. When the vision gets bigger, you know how to bring together creators, agencies, and production partners to bring it to life.

You’ll help build the creative engine behind Resmed’s social presence and rethink what a healthcare brand can look, feel, and sound like on social.

What You’ll Do

• Turn briefs, insights, and cultural moments into purposeful, scroll-stopping social concepts.
• Concept, write, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored to how people engage on each platform.
• Balance planned campaigns with fast-turn, reactive content that connects Resmed to timely social conversations.
• Serve as an expert on social storytelling across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Experiment with new creative formats, technologies, and editing styles to refine how our brand expresses itself.
• Collaborate with social strategy, paid media, community, and analytics partners to evolve creative through insights.
• Operate confidently in a regulated healthcare environment while keeping creativity at the center of everything you make.

What You Bring

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in social creative, content production, or digital storytelling.
• A strong portfolio of social-first work showcasing your creative vision and impact.
• Skill across concepting, writing, shooting, and editing short-form content.
• Deep platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with an understanding of platform nuance.
• Experience creating both fast-turn and polished brand content.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual hooks that capture audience attention.
• Proven collaboration with creators, agencies, and production partners.
• Curiosity about culture, creators, and emerging creative technology, including AI.
• Comfort working within regulated industries or willingness to learn healthcare-specific requirements.

Compensation: Compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity. For positions outside the U.S., compensation is aligned to local market conditions. Resmed generally does not hire at or near the top of the pay range.

Pay Range: 98,000.00 - 123,000.00 USD Annually

Eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
