Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a senior social-first content creator to develop platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You will translate science into engaging stories for consumers and professionals, embedding on the social media team to influence outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid US role (Boston or other offices) or remote within the US, aligning with East Coast hours and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of content creation experience across agency, freelance, or in-house.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Experience creating short-form video, social graphics, carousels, and motion assets.
• Ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for consumers and professionals.
• Organized, fast-moving, able to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Passionate about creativity with purpose and improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform-native content concepts for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts.
• Turn complex science into clear, engaging stories for consumers and professionals.
• Advise internal teams on formats, trends, editing styles, and platform practices.
• Collaborate with social strategy to create break-through concepts and formats.
• Identify emerging trends and cultural moments to inform timely content.
• Support new business and pitch work with agile, social-first creative.
