Job summary

LRQA is seeking a qualified Social Auditor (APSCA) to join our team in Germany. You will conduct social compliance audits across various sectors, perform worker interviews, document reviews, and produce audit reports in line with LRQA standards.

The role requires fluent German and strong English, willingness to travel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and the ability to work independently. APSCA qualification is preferred, and experience in social auditing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• APSCA qualification preferred, though not essential; support for exams possible.
• Fluent German (essential) and strong command of English.
• Proven experience in social auditing or related compliance roles.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance audits in line with LRQA methodologies and client standards.
• Perform worker interviews, management discussions, and site observations.
• Carry out document reviews, including contracts, policies, and HR records.
• Execute wage and working hours testing to assess compliance.
• Produce accurate, high‑quality audit reports within agreed timelines.
• Manage audits independently while collaborating with international teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold LRQA’s professional standards
