NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior SOCD Applied AI Engineer to develop AI-powered automation tools for SOC design workflows. You will build LLM-enabled agents, RAG knowledge systems, and agent-based tooling to accelerate design across teams.

Join a team delivering AI-enabled automation with strong Python capabilities, LangChain/LlamaIndex experience, and a focus on reliability, metrics, and end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience building production-grade software systems.
• Proven experience shipping AI/LLM-powered applications, agents, or automation workflows into production environments.
• Strong Python skills with ability to design, prototype and productize AI-enabled services, APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered agents or agentic workflows using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks and RAG architectures, including embedding models and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop LLM-powered tools for high-value execution tasks and automation.
• Build and deploy RAG-based knowledge systems grounded in internal design docs and artifacts.
• Design AI-assisted coding workflows, including agent tools and reusable prompts.
