Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SoC Architect to define and deliver next-generation AI datacenter products and drive architecture across server SoC design, security, RAS, and virtualization.

You will influence roadmaps and collaborate across hardware, firmware, software, and product teams. The ideal candidate has deep datacenter architecture expertise and experience with server SoCs, deployments, and industry trends, plus the ability to work in an international, multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration
• PhD with 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration
• 8+ years of HW design, testing, and commercialization experience
• 3+ years of datacenter product experience (servers, accelerators)
• Knowledge of datacenter security, RAS, virtualization, telemetry, power, cooling, lifecycle, deployments
• Willingness to work in a high-caliber international/multi-site team

Responsibilities

• Understand trends in datacenter security, RAS and virtualization through customer/ODM engagements
• Work with customers to determine HW and SW requirements
• Analyze current AI server deployments in different datacenters
• Architect enhancements required for deployment of next‑generation AI products
