Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Mastery Level Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst in Springfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for advanced Malware analysis, developing SOAR automations, and collaborating with various IT security teams to enhance Cybersecurity capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Security Operation Center or similar role.
• 1+ years experience with AI models to enhance SOC capabilities.
• 2+ years experience writing scripts in Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Malware analysis and extract Indicators of Compromise.
• Develop and deploy SOAR automations to accelerate SOC processes.
• Act as team lead, mentor Junior Analysts.
